This info-graphic, represents every stop on the CTA train lines. If you look to the north side of the graphic you will see the northern stops all the way up to Milwaukee. If you look on the south side you will see all the stops down to 95th street. And If you look to the north west you will see the Blue Line stops towards O'hare. The Downtown area is to the east, and the west side is...you guessed it...out west.
